Their national railway company is called Swiss Federal Railways which is usually referred to by the initials of its German, French and Italian names SBB (German: Schweizerische Bundesbahnen), CFF (French: Chemins de fer fédéraux suisses) and FFS (Italian: Ferrovie federali svizzere).
