Aside from Shikisai no Oka, there are also other tourist flower garden in Biei. Zerubu Hill is a smaller version and less famous than Shikisai no Oka but it is still beautiful. What sets it apart are the mountain backdrops of Asahidake and Tokachidake Mountain Range.

The Zerubu Hill is open from late April to late October. Colorful seasonal flowers are planted on the hill including lavender, pansy and sunflower. It was rainy when we went there so we haven’t actually enjoyed the park that much.
