Well, it was my first time to use the LCC airline Jetstar internationally. I have used it for domestic flights in Japan like going to Osaka, Nagoya and Okinawa. I didn’t expect much as it was so cheap but their service was so ridiculous. I anticipate that they will be strict with the weight of luggages but it was beyond awful. During checking in, the lady at the counter asked me to weigh my handcarry bags (I have 2). They only allow 7kg, mine weighed 6.5kg. Then, the lady asked me not to shop anymore as it will exceed the allowed weight. The funny thing is that she wrote “No Shopping” on my boarding pass.

Who on the right mind will do that? It was the weirdest service I have ever received in Japan knowing their almost perfect customer service. I mean the lady can just tell me verbally and not write on my boarding pass. I might not use Jetstar again after this.
