The Diocese of Cubao, along with the Dioceses of Novaliches, Parañaque, Kalookan, and Pasig, is one of the five dioceses located in Metro Manila. The Archdiocese of Manila serves as the metropolitan see for the ecclesiastical province. The establishment of the Diocese of Cubao took place on June 28, 2003, and its inaugural bishop was the esteemed Most Reverend Honesto F. Ongtioco.
The Diocese of Cubao consists of a total of 45 complete parishes, which include three national shrines, two minor basilicas, two quasi-parishes, one non-parochial diocesan shrine, and one mission station. As I presently reside in Quezon City, I have had the opportunity to visit nearly all of the churches affiliated with the Diocese of Cubao.
One of the 6 distinct vicariates of the diocese is the Vicariate of San Pedro Bautista. Named after the renowned Franciscan martyr and missionary, San Pedro Bautista, the vicariate stands as a living testament to his enduring legacy of service, humility, and evangelization.
Here are the churches under the Vicariate of San Pedro Bautista.
